Shipping Policy
YOUR SHIPPING POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS IN UNITED KINGDOM
Processing time:
100% of orders are shipped within 8–15 business days. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on Monday.
Delivery time:
Standard delivery: We usually deliver orders within 8–15 business days. (MONDAY – FRIDAY)* (during normal seasonal periods)
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Contact our customer service if you do not receive this email.
Shipping costs:
Free shipping for all orders
Failed delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered due to lack of cooperation from the customer (incorrect or incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses to accept it, the package will be returned to the sender (at the customer’s expense). The costs include shipping already paid and will be deducted from the total refund amount of the order.

We use DHL, Hermes, and DPD for deliveries.
AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER:
We recommend carefully checking the package and the goods inside to ensure that they are undamaged and complete before confirming receipt. If you find that the package is damaged or incomplete, refuse acceptance or sign with “Damaged” and contact us on the day of delivery.
HOLIDAYS:
We do not deliver on holidays, so your package will be delivered on the next business day.
