Refund policy

We have created this policy to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund and return methods and procedures. This policy applies to (United Kingdom).

14-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return an item and receive a refund, please notify us within 30 days after delivery by email at support@fitimperio.com. If you have received a defective product, please send us a picture of the damaged product. We will then arrange for a courier service to pick up the item. In this case, we will cover all costs. We will send you a new item free of charge, and if you no longer want the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used for the purchase. If you ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The product must not have been used. Once we have received the product, we will refund the order amount to the card you used for the purchase.

RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at support@fitimperio.com If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you must contact us by email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, incorrectly delivered, in the wrong size, or defective. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@fitimperio.com.

RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund period:
